Kaizen Description	Line A & B class material manage
Before Situation	Earlier, there was a condition to keep 1 hour of material, but there was also a problem with 6S.
After Situation	If we modify the table, we can properly store 1 hour of material (3 bins). This will improve the overall appearance of the area and also help maintain 6S standards effectively.
