When the magazine on the board movement trolley—which transfers boards from the the post AOI to input stage—becomes full, operators move the magazine without securing it with the locking rod; consequently, boards sometimes fall out while the magazine is being lifted, resulting in the PCBA becoming scrap. |

| After Situation |
Now, to transfer the bottom-mounted panel to the input stage of the AOI machine, the operator will move the magazine only after installing steel rods on both sides of it; this ensures the board does not fall while the magazine is being lifted, thereby preventing the PCBA from becoming scrap. |
