Kaizen Description	There is remove excess equipment which is added in SOP and no need to follow this process.
Before Situation	There is the dark box added at this stage but operator is doing this process on acrylic sheet inside the dark box then his eyes are getting blank sudden and not feeling well for sometime.
After Situation	There is the added test through metal plate which is in front of operator (mid of the conveyor). after this all 4 Leds ae not reflecting the focus on directly the eyes.
