The OQA1 SOP was originally prepared in English, which created understanding challenges for shop floor operators who are more comfortable with Hindi. Due to this language gap, operators were not able to fully interpret process instructions, leading to dependency on supervisors and inconsistent process execution. To resolve this issue, the SOP has been translated into Hindi to ensure better clarity, ease of understanding, and uniform execution across all operators. |
