Optimized space in the testing jig room by removing and scrapping EOL model jigs and unused materials, creating adequate space for new NPI equipment and improving overall workplace organization and efficiency
Before (Previous Situation) Testing jig room had space constraints for new NPI model equipment Old and unused materials were occupying valuable space EOL (End of Life) model jigs were still stored in the room No proper segregation of active vs obsolete materials Difficulty in placing new equipment and managing workflow
After (Improved Situation) Identified and segregated EOL model jigs and materials Removed and scrapped all unnecessary items from the jig room Freed up significant space for new NPI equipment Organized the area with only active and required materials Improved layout for better accessibility and movement
