Kaizen Description	Implemented a temporary Antenna Flag system for Aging in Bold N1 5G (EMCP) to overcome software dependency. This ensured uninterrupted production flow until the permanent software solution is deployed, avoiding line stoppage and production loss.
Before Situation	Before (Previous Situation) In Bold N1 5G (EMCP), Antenna Flag ON was required before placing the device in Aging This was dependent on a software implementation, which was not yet available Due to this: Devices could not be loaded into Aging Production line had to stop Risk of production delay and output loss
After Situation	After (Improved Situation) Provided a temporary system to enable Antenna Flag before Aging Ensured devices are properly prepared before entering Aging stage Line can now run smoothly until software solution is implemented No dependency on pending software changes for production continuity
