In TWS T25 model, Reliability is getting failed due to FPC torn issue during the reliability testing. So, after analyzing we found that the Battery is getting move during the testing and due to Double side adhesive used in bottom side of Battery and this adhesive further stick to FPC and result FPC was getting torn. So, implemented the DSA EVA Foam over the top side of battery which further stick to the upper back housing of TWS Flap and due to the double double DSA strength Battery torn issue resolved and we tested it till EOL and not found any FPC torn issue in Reliability and finally Reliability got Passed.

We developed the DSA EVA Foam to paste over the battery and then fix the back housing and found that the Reliability got passed.
