Kaizen Description	In Tablet Projects S90 & S91, battery fixation using 3M adhesive made battery removal difficult during rework. This increased the risk of battery damage, deformation.
Before Situation	3M adhesive was used to paste the battery due to this battery removal difficult during rework. This increased the risk of battery damage & deformation.
After Situation	3M adhesive is replace with peel off easy removal tape . Resultant During rework battery can be remove easily.
