A data recording system was implemented for stencil usage and handling. A data sheet was created to record stencil condition, shift details, and the reason for any damage. This helps in tracking when and how the stencil damage occurs and who was responsible for handling it. |

| Before Situation |
Earlier, when stencil damage occurred, it was difficult to identify in which shift the damage happened and what was the exact reason. There was no proper record available. Because of this, the root cause could not be identified easily, and it also affected production and productivity. |

| After Situation |
After implementing the data sheet system, every stencil-related activity is now recorded. This helps in identifying the shift, operator, and reason for stencil damage. As a result, root cause analysis has become easier and control over stencil handling has improved, reducing the impact on production and productivity.
