Kaizen Description	After modifying the jig to single port: Operator confusion is eliminated Jig complexity is reduced Process becomes easier and more reliable Overall efficiency is improved Chance of wrong operation is minimized
Before Situation	In the charger area, the loader jig had two ports installed, but only one port was actually working. Because of this: New operators got confused about which port to use Wrong handling chances increased Jig operation was complex Overall efficiency was affected
After Situation	The loader jig was modified and converted into a single-port jig. Now: Only one active port is available Jig design is simpler Operator confusion is removed Handling becomes easy and clear
