Kaizen Description	After manpower training and fixture improvement: Audio failure rate is reduced Line efficiency is increased Rework and rejection are minimized Process becomes more stable and controlled Overall product quality is improved
Before Situation	In T51 new model, a high failure rate was observed at the Audio test process during initial production. After analysis, it was found that: Manpower handling was improper Fixture/jig usage was not correct Due to improper handling and fixture condition, audio failures were increasing This caused low efficiency and more rework
After Situation	Corrective actions were taken: Proper training was given to manpower on handling and testing method Fixture/jig condition and working method were improved Standard method of operation was implemented As a result, the testing process became more stable.
