Kaizen Description	By reusing existing jigs for Yuva Star 3: Jig import cost is saved Production startup time is reduced Company efficiency is improved Resource utilization is optimized Overall operational cost is reduced
Before Situation	A new model Yuva Star 3 was introduced and it was observed that it is similar to the previous model Yuva Star 2. PCBA design of both models was also found to be the same. Initially, there was uncertainty whether: New jigs would be required for Yuva Star 3 Or existing Yuva Star 2 jigs could be used If new jigs were required: Import time would increase Extra cost would be involved Production readiness would be delayed
After Situation	The team coordinated with ODM and performed verification. After checking mechanical and PCBA compatibility, it was confirmed that: Existing Yuva Star 2 jigs can be used for Yuva Star 3 No need to import new jigs Thus, same jigs were reused for the new model.
