After discussing the FPC torn failure found FPC is getting torn due to its vertical shape and stress generated during FPC removing from panel. So, concluded that to improve the FPC design from 90deg vertical to round FPC neck. (refer image attached). And also taken agreement from ODM to send the FPC in single form instead panel form. |
