Kaizen Description	The Newland barcode scanner (Model: NVH220) was scanning barcodes continuously at very high speed. Due to this, the IMS system was not able to read the barcode data properly, which caused IMS validation issues. After adding a delay time in the scanner, the same barcode reading issue was resolved.
Before Situation	1. Barcode scanner was scanning continuously at very high speed 2. IMS data was not read properly 3. Frequent IMS validation issues occurred 4. Process was getting disturbed
After Situation	1. Delay time was added in the barcode scanner 2. Barcode scanning speed was controlled 3. IMS data was read properly 4. IMS validation issue was resolved
