Part scattering at Pre-AOI for SOT diodes occurred due to lighting variation between different MPNs and supply angle change during reel splicing, causing mounter misrecognition and risk of wrong-angle mounting. A brightness check method was implemented in the mounter, and angle-change fail recognition was enabled so that parts are automatically rejected if the supply angle changes. This Kaizen prevents misdetection, avoids wrong-angle mounting, and stabilizes the mounting process.

Now we have given brightness check method to prevent detection in mounter to avoid wrong angel mounting.,if supply angle change in reel then mounter fail this part in recognition.
