Before there was no any detection to catch the confirmation by pass ,FT 1 bypass and Aging bypass . Due to this more defect found on OQA stage .

Now we have set up a system after Shaking stage name FT2 stage to detect these defect with the help of testing team . Now these all defect controlled .
