Kaizen Description	Process improvement to avoid LCD broken failure after Full Test in Moto A100 feature phone.
Before Situation	At Battery removing stage and RF, MMI and Reset test stage. Operator holds the device from main lens, which leads to failure of LCD broken at FVI stage. There is no precaution for handling device.
After Situation	We provided feedback at both stages and added a precaution along with image for device handling at the time of battery removing. There was no failure detected in production.
