We were keep empty bin on pallets, due to this we are unable to keep more bin on pallets than we remove the pallets & keep bins on the floor, now we can keeps more bins then before & save the pallets for material movement. Now pallets use for incoming material.

After the kaizen we can keeps more than 400 bins on the dock.
