Earlier, the feature phone radio frequency (RF) testing process was carried out using the IQxStream 4G tester. The IQxStream 5G tester was not compatible with feature phone RF testing because the tool setup and configuration files were specifically designed for the 4G environment. After detailed technical discussions and coordination with the LitePoint support team, the testing setup was successfully updated and optimized to make the 5G tester compatible with feature phone RF testing. This implementation ensures efficient utilization of the 5G tester and resolves the dependency issue previously faced when only the 4G tester could be used. |

In the earlier setup, the IQxStream 4G tester was the only equipment used for performing radio frequency (RF) testing on feature phones. The testing capability was limited to this single tester, as the 5G tester could not be used due to incompatibility of tools and configuration files. After implementing the required tool and configuration updates with support from the LitePoint team, the IQxStream 5G tester is now fully compatible with feature phone RF testing. The new configuration has been successfully tested and verified, showing stable performance and error-free operation. This enhancement eliminates the dependency on a single tester, speeds up the testing process, and ensures continuous availability of equipment.
