NOW WE ARE CHECK THE ONLINE SUB PCBA PORT AND MIC TEST ON TESTING LINE
Earlier, we used to test all PCBA with manual jig only. We used to check port and MIC, if the port failed in the assembly, then it was not found in SMT.
Now, we test all PCBA by jig only. We check the port and MIC, if the port or charger goes bad, it is caught in the SMT, the port or charger does not work, it is given to repair in repair by failing the PCB.
