Kaizen Description	FVI (Final Visual Inspection) stage, a voice activation checkpoint is implemented to ensure proper verification before proceeding.
Before Situation	When Operator bypass occurs, the unit must go back 3 stages, increasing cycle time and labor effort.
After Situation	an additional AUDIO checkpoint added at FT-2 stage to verify if voice activation was properly completed.
