Kaizen Description

1419 nozzles required in program.
Before Situation

Before 1419 nozzles short as per program and not available in spare. so Machin cycle time high due to this hourly target not achieved.
After Situation

Now we have repaired Two nozzle in house and running as per program. also continue observation in 1 week no any issue observe found related to nozzles. Also 300000 RS cost saving for same.
