Kaizen Description	Dail Code accumulation issue
Before Situation	Dail code test stage accumulation created due to CT not matched at dail code stage because IMEI write stage 6 port working but as per IE Required 4 port only. Screw Seal manpower working before IMEI write stage so direct impacts at Dail code because IMEI write Stage after FT(Dail code Stage) So Battery dischage and battery loss issue only Detect at dail code stage So accumulation Created only dail code.
After Situation	During Observed IMEI write Stage as per CT no mentation in SOP IMEI write Port so production Person Use 6 port online but required 4Port Discuss with IE and Provided All Model IMEI write Port in SOP as per required. During observed that High Battery discharge and battery losses issue online So Screw Seal manpower working Before Dial code and After IMEI write So All Battery discharge and Battery losses issue Detect at Assy, no any impact at dail code stage So Production and accumulation has been improved for same
