Problem Statement with Present Status :
Excessive dust (>40 lakhs) on the shop floor was negatively impacting product quality, process reliability, and customer satisfaction. Dust accumulation during sensitive processes (e.g., camera installation and soldering) caused defects, rework, and increased maintenance costs. The existing dust control measures (small air shower) were insufficient and ineffective.
Present Status -
Dust levels recorded over 40 lakhs (extremely high).
Impact on quality – defects during soldering, reduced reliability of camera installations.
Existing small air shower ineffective.
Dust accumulation visible during key processes.
