Kaizen Description	tape Dispenser improvement productivity
Before Situation	When the tape cutting blade in the master carton box packing tape dispenser gets damaged, the entire dispenser has to be scrapped.
After Situation	"If a separate blade is provided for the master carton box packing tape dispenser, the dispenser can be reused by replacing the blade. We have tried and tested this approach and it has been successful."
