Kaizen Description	Removed small slice of mat which was near the sitting position of the operators.
Before Situation	It was found that ESD aprons of employees were found to be deeply dirty due to to and fro movement and friction between ESD aprons and available esd mat.
After Situation	Removal of small piece of ESD mats (Slice) so that the friction is decreased and ESD apron getting dirty is being reduced after this improvement.
