Kaizen Description	Mounter Machine Cycle time Improvement in Moto_A300.
Before Situation	Before we were facing high cycle time issue in Moto_A300 in mounter machine so we were not achieving our shift production target as per model capacity.,Before CT was 40.5 sec per board.
After Situation	After analysis and optimization the DGS program as per machine part placement with sequence manner.,Now cycle time is 37.2 sec per board.
