Kaizen Description	Face Punching machine is not functioning due to a server issue, Many time
Before Situation	The punching system on 3rd July'25 as there were issues with multiple employees' attendance records, No any punch record showing in Empower.
After Situation	After discussing with IT team, it was found out that due to some issue of Punching machine, none of the employees got punched on the same day but the server was not updated. Or after discussing with the vendor of the machine, it has been updated or their server has been fixed for it. If you have any issue then please inform us first
