Kaizen Description	Implement a standard labeling system for all jigs to include: Model Name (clearly printed) Project Name Jig Number or Part Code QR Code linking to jig documentation Use of durable, laminated or engraved labels Color-coding by project or product family (optional) Benefits: Improved efficiency during setup and model changeovers Error reduction in jig selection Enhanced 5S and visual management Better traceability during audits or failure analysis
Before Situation	In the SMT/ JIG area, many jigs do not have clear, standardized labeling for the model name and project name. This leads to confusion, setup delays, and occasional use of the wrong jig for the wrong product. Increased time in identifying correct jigs. Higher chance of setup error. Poor traceability and accountability.
After Situation	AFTER Introduce a standardized labeling system on all jigs that includes: Model Name Project Name Implemented labeling for all jigs used in current projects. xpected Benefits: Reduce setup time by 20–30%. Eliminate model mismatch errors. Improve line efficiency and 5S visibility. Easier audits and part traceability.
