Kaizen Description	Before in ASM when we put the handset in Jig then immediately jig go for screw in handset . In this process there was more chances to incident .
Before Situation	Before in ASM when we put the handset in Jig then immediately jig go for screw in handset . In this process there was more chances to incident .
After Situation	Now we connect the flap on Jig . When we close the flap then Jig go for screw in handset . Thus this problem has finished .
