Before we were facing BTB connector shifting issue intermittently at Post AOI in model Yuva_Star_2_Main board.
after analysis we found part doing issue with 1002 nozzle in Mounter-7 with two Nozzle head and no pre detection of this part.
Now we move this part in Mounter-6 with 158 rubber pad nozzle before Pre AOI machine. after this implement no issue observed. |
