"Why this phenomenon generated ?
During the analysis observed that battery connector was damaged badly.
Due to this damaged, “question mark symbol” shown in battery % & temp warning pop –up was also showing.
Why not detected in FT ?
1.As there was no any specific checkpoint given in SOP to detect such phenomenon during processing that’s why not detected.
2. For pop-up or warning case, operator was not aware about the same that’s operator pass the device.
