WITH THE HELP OF TESTING TEAM. MES VERSION UPDATE IS SUCESSFULLY DONE AND PART SCANNING TIME IS REDUCED NOW FROM 18 SECONDS TO 5 SECONDS. NOW WE HAVE ISSUED ALL MATERIAL TO PRODUCTION ON TIME.
Before implementation, The scanning time of single part was almost 18 seconds. Due to this high lead time almost all the parts were in hand to mouth condition and our SMT line was getting hamper again and again.
After Implementation done, part scanning time is reduced from 18 seconds to 5 seconds and now we have issue all material to production with in TAT.
