Kaizen Description	In feature phones Sprd Model RF report is not generated as SN2 write to the device and IMS report is generated by SN1.
Before Situation	In feature phones Sprd Model RF report is not generated as SN2 write to the device and IMS report is generated by SN1.
After Situation	Now we have changed the mes dashboard to view the RF report by SN2. And we can track the FPY and failure by generating the report through mes dashboard.
