Root couse found for BGA bridging and low volume issue at printer in model A5 SPID.
In model A5 SPID has so much failure of low volume and bridging at SPI machine in particular batch code pcba .we have checked and found pad size variation in pcba at BGA location.
Now we change defected batch code pcba and monitoring all upcoming batch code pcba so the issue is resolved and no failure found for bridging and low volume.
