Kaizen Description	We Have Facing high rejection of LCD Dot issue in moto A10. After analysis we have found that the LCD dot is getting created due to extra moulding part in Speaker Bracket.
Before Situation	We Have Facing high rejection of LCD Dot issue in moto A10. After analysis we have found that the LCD dot is getting created due to extra moulding part in Speaker Bracket.
After Situation	After Discussion with the supplier we have done improvement in speaker bracket and the issue of LCD dot is improved.
