Earlier, due to the absence of flap cover in the router jig of all feature phones, sometimes the alignment of some PCB gets shifted during panel cutting which gets scraped due to coming in front of the router bit.
Now we have fitted a flap cover on the router jig of all feature phones. Now after placing the panel on the router jig a flap cover is fitted due to which the PCB remains fixed during PCB cutting and is saved from getting scrapped.
