After situation was we make some possible changes in design at the cutting position. we reduce the area of the mosbit. Also for dust issue change the placing side of the panel into the router jig. Also install flap into the jigs which provide better strength to the PCBA. After that defects are under control.
We are also planning same improvement for another models. |
