Kaizen Description	to improve the Visuals/6'S by improve the kit scanning status.
Before Situation	We were taking 5 to 10 mins to know the kit posting/scanning status in every shift handover.
After Situation	Now we have implemented a status sheet on every kits. So we can find the kits status on real time visually & in a single minute.
