Kaizen Description
Before Situation	Before we have small red tray for smart phone due to this some part of smart phone come out of red tray . Because of there were more chances to dent of smart phone .
After Situation	Now we have arranged the big red tray for smart phone . Now smart phone proper come in red tray and no chances to dent on the smart phone . Problem solved.
