Kaizen Description
Before Situation	When we changeover from feature phone to smartphone, we have to do IMEI label printer movement, it is a waste of time.
After Situation	We talked to PE, PQC or Production to get the IMEI label stage fixed as same feature phone. Due to this we will not be delayed in the change over and time will not be wasted.
