Kaizen Description	To eliminate the wrong reel identification at reel counter through empty reel change location
Before Situation	We have observed the chances of reel identity changed if empty spool not cleaned & use from lines.
After Situation	Now we have fix empty cleaned spool at reel counter & defined the location also to avoid the identity mismatches
