"1-We are monitoring last hour rejection and working to reduce it 2- LIne leader will take approval if any handset hold at line with reason and closure date 3- For battery cover pasting model , will arrange offline procees of PSA, glue machine and battery cover pressing machine , same like IMEI write and RF setup. 4-Next model kit will not issue till previous model closure for exeption case approval will taken by production team 5- We have make process : If more then 20 devices will pending for FT then will take clearance plan on line, and if less then 20 qty then these will clear offline. 6- Responsibility has been cleared of repaired handset: Now Repair team will directely handover FT pending device to PQC team for FT process.
