In the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase for the Model Blaze 3 5G 6+128, we encountered an issue where the laser machine was unable to accurately read Fiducial marks. The root cause of this problem was identified as the improper modification of pallets used in the production Process.

The pallets were re-modified according to the required specifications to ensure proper alignment and positioning. This adjustment enabled the laser machine to correctly read the Fiducial marks. After modifying the pallets, the Fiducial reading issue was resolved. The laser machine is now operating without any alignment problems, leading to smooth production in the NPI phase.
