Kaizen Description	To check if by any chance adhesive of main lens (BOP Part) in all models of feature phone where BOP is pasted on assembly line is missed from the operator.
Before Situation	At present there is only a single checkpoint for checking if adhesive of main lens is pasted at main lens paste stage, and if by any chance it gets missed from the operator then there is no any chance for checking and sometimes it goes to FT stage.
After Situation	We have introduced tap test at Auto screwing stage. Here the machine operator after screwing the device will do tap test twice, once on the side of screw to check screw loose and another on the front side to check if the main lens comes off if by any chance adhesive of main lens(BOP part) is not pasted.
