Earlier there was keypad failure for which we have changed the process.
In the first assembly, keypad failure occurred too much and we analyzed to find out that gum issue was found on the keypad or human then in smt I analyzed and found out that there was tape paste on the keypad due to which keypad failure occurred.
Now we have started using pen marker instead of tape, which has reduced the incidence of keypad failure.
