Before- in the router stage in the feature phone we have given 70 percentage of minimum acceptence score. due to this little warpage pcba come at router stage there was a chances of getting not catch at router. Now- we have increased the minimum acceptence score 70 to 90 now if the pcb having warpage, not fitted property could not pass the minimum acceptence score machine will not cut the pannel.only ok pcba will cut properly.
