Nozzle Cleaning m/c. having abnormal sound While (Cleaning Strokes)
Before-We are facing Abnormal Sound while we performing operations on nozzle cleaning m/c. Which can create much higher noise levels in cleaning strokes.
After- After analyzing the conditions of m/c implemented a external pipe to the air discharge tube. & connect extra air silencer to the pneumatic valve of the m/c. Now m/c conditions was quite improved after this process. Noise levels also improved.
