To control the outflow of low battery or defective battery in market.
Earlier the battery percentage limit was Lower : 45% Upper : 100% due to which defective battery intercepted at OQA 1 as defective battery shows 100% charge status which match the criteria so tester was unable to detect this defect.
Now limits has been modified .. now the defined limits are : Lower : 30% Upper : 60% Now if any defective battery will run online tester will detect this battery as per new modified limits.
