Kaizen Description	Better Quality
Before Situation	The manpower working on the weight machine work to place the handset in any direction after doing weight of the GB.
After Situation	We modified the process so that after weighing the handsets we will place the GB with label in upward side on the conveyor and sent to the next stage. In this way the MRP label will be checked by the next stage operator if it is word or missing.
